Why fly in from Zanzibar?
Driving between Zanzibar and the northern parks would eat up most of two days. Flying turns that into a roughly 1.5-hour hop to Arusha, so your three days are spent on game drives and culture rather than on the road. You also see far more than a standard crater trip: by adding Lake Eyasi and the Hadzabe, you get a wildlife and culture combination most short safaris skip entirely. And unlike many "from Zanzibar" tours, your return flights are included in the price no surprise add-on at the end.

Best time to do this safari
This safari runs year-round. The dry season (June–October) is the easiest time for wildlife, especially Tarangire's elephants, while the Hadzabe cultural visit is rewarding in any season.
