Arusha National Park, located in northern Tanzania, features a mix of montane forest, savannah, and breathtaking highland scenery, including the iconic Mount Meru, which stands at 4,566 meters. The park is home to a variety of wildlife, including giraffes, buffalo, elephants, and several primate species, such as the blue monkey and the black-and-white colobus monkey.

Our guide will pick you from your accommodation or Airport. After a short brief, you will start your safari to Arusha National Park, a region famous for being the filming site of the movie “Hatari” starring John Wayne.
Your day trip will include a visit to the Ngurdoto Crater. Spot Buffaloes, waterbucks, giraffes, warthogs, zebras, and the striking Black-and-White Colobus monkeys.
Lunch will be taken at a scenic picnic place inside the park while enjoying wildlife diversity. On clear days, you can see Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro very clearly.
Before sunset, you will be taken back to Arusha city and dropped off at your hotel or stay. (Optional walking safari available upon request).
