Explore Tarangire National Park, renowned for its vast elephant herds, ancient baobab trees, and diverse wildlife including lions, giraffes, and zebras. Finally, descend into the world-famous Ngorongoro Crater, a UNESCO World Heritage site, home to the Big Five and rare black rhinos.
In the morning, you will be picked up from Arusha. The drive to Tarangire National Park is well known for its large elephant herds. You will experience seasonal swamps, savanna, and the Tarangire River in search of many animals including zebra, wildebeest, buffalo, and giraffe. It's possible that you will catch a glimpse of a lion stalking its prey or leopards relaxing in the trees. After an extensive game drive, head to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

Start your exploration at sunrise with a full-day game drive spending the entire day in the Tarangire National Park. Witness animal movements as they head to water sources. Once the game drives are done, we will drive into your accommodation near the Ngorongoro highland for dinner and overnight.

After an early breakfast, drive for about 90 minutes to reach the Ngorongoro Crater. This incredible location showcases a wide range of wildlife native to East Africa, including the elusive black rhinos. Plan for about 6 hours to fully explore the crater floor. Enjoy lunch at the scenic Ngoitoktok picnic site, which overlooks the Hippo Lake. Afterward, you'll drive back to Arusha where the tour concludes.
