Tour ITINERARY
Day 1 - Zanzibar to Ngorongoro Crater
- 05:00 AM: Pickup from your hotel in Zanzibar and transfer to the airport.
- 08:00 AM: Flight from Zanzibar to Arusha (included in the package).
- Upon landing at Arusha Airport, meet your driver-guide and begin the scenic drive to Ngorongoro.
- Enjoy a 3-hour journey toward the Ngorongoro Conservation Area gate.
- Descend into the crater and start your wildlife viewing—expect lions, buffaloes, zebras, hyenas, and antelopes.
- Picnic lunch next to the crater lake before continuing your game drive.
- Learn about the crater: the world’s largest intact caldera, formed over 2.3 million years ago, home to 30,000+ animals and rich birdlife.
- Evening drive to your lodge in Ngorongoro for dinner and overnight.
Day 2 - Central Serengeti National Park (Big Five Spotting)
- 07:00 AM: Enjoy breakfast before starting your full-day game drive with a packed picnic lunch.
- Your guide will take you through the best parts of Central Serengeti that were not explored on Day 1.
- Evening arrival at your accommodation in Central Serengeti for dinner and overnight.
- Discover Central Serengeti, a world-famous park covering nearly 15,000 km² and home to iconic African wildlife.
- Expect sightings of over 1.3 million wildebeest, thousands of lions, leopards, cheetahs, and 500 bird species.
- The region hosts massive herds during the Dry Season and offers year-round viewing of lion, elephant, hippo, giraffe, crocodile, and the rare oribi antelope.
Day 3 - Serengeti - Arusha Airport to Zanzibar
On this day, we recommend that you leave as early as possible from the accommodation to maximize the opportunity to observe the variety of animals that are only active during the morning hours, then you will proceed to Arusha Airport to catch your flight at 16:30 back to Zanzibar.
