After a short briefing with your professional safari guide-driver, you will depart for Lake Manyara National Park, located at the base of the spectacular Great Rift Valley escarpment.
Upon arrival, you will enter the park for an exciting afternoon game drive. Lake Manyara is famous for its rich wildlife diversity including elephants, giraffes, zebras, buffaloes, hippos and the legendary tree-climbing lions. The park is also home to thousands of flamingos and other bird species that inhabit the beautiful soda lake.
During the safari you will enjoy a relaxing picnic lunch while surrounded by the natural beauty of the park. After several hours of wildlife viewing and photography, you will exit the park in the late afternoon and drive to the nearby Karatu area for dinner and overnight stay.

Enjoy a scenic picnic lunch inside the crater near the hippo pool while watching wildlife around the grasslands. After lunch, continue with a short game drive before ascending the crater rim and beginning your journey back to Arusha.
