How do I book a safari or tour with Kai Tours and Safaris?
Booking is easy—simply contact us through our website, WhatsApp, email, or call. We confirm your itinerary, dates, and preferences, then send you a detailed quote and booking confirmation.
How far in advance should I book my Tanzania safari or tour?
We recommend booking at least 2–3 months in advance, especially for peak seasons (June–October and December–February). Last-minute bookings are also possible depending on availability.
Can I customize my safari, Kilimanjaro trek, or Zanzibar holiday?
Yes! All our tours are fully customizable. You can choose your destinations, travel dates, accommodations, and activities to match your preferences and budget.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit cards, mobile banking, and secure online payment systems. All payment methods are listed clearly on your invoice.
How much deposit is required to confirm my booking?
A 30–40% deposit is required to secure your safari, trek, or holiday package. This allows us to reserve accommodations, park entry permits, and transport in advance.
When is the remaining balance due?
The remaining balance must be paid at least 14 days before the tour starts. For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required immediately.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30 days before the tour receive a partial refund. Cancellations within 14 days may incur higher penalties due to hotel and permit reservations. All details are provided in your booking agreement.
Is my deposit refundable?
Deposits are partially refundable depending on the timing and services already booked. Some costs (like park permits) are non-refundable as they are paid directly to government authorities.
Can I reschedule my tour instead of cancelling?
Yes! Kai Tours and Safaris allows rescheduling whenever possible. We adjust your dates based on availability and apply your deposit to the new travel dates.
What documents do I need to travel to Tanzania?
You need a valid passport (6 months minimum), visa (available online or on arrival), and recommended health documents such as a Yellow Fever certificate depending on your country of origin.
Do you assist with travel planning and preparation?
Absolutely. We guide you on packing lists, itinerary planning, visa advice, airport pickup, accommodation options, and everything you need before arriving in Tanzania.
Will someone meet me at the airport?
Yes. All bookings include airport pickup by our professional team. Your guide or driver will welcome you with your name sign upon arrival.
