What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfers, credit and debit cards, mobile money, and secure online payment systems. All payment options are listed on your invoice for easy selection.
Is paying online safe?
Yes, all online payments are protected through secure and verified systems. Your personal and financial data is always kept safe and encrypted.
Can I pay in my preferred currency?
Yes. You can pay in USD, EUR, GBP, or TZS depending on the method used. Your invoice will show the accepted currency options.
How much deposit is required to book a tour?
A 30–40% deposit is required to confirm your safari, trek, or holiday package. Deposits allow us to reserve lodges, park permits, and transportation.
When do I pay the remaining balance?
The remaining balance must be paid 14 days before your trip begins. For last-minute bookings, full payment may be required immediately.
Why is a deposit needed?
Deposits secure hotels, vehicles, park fees, and trekking permits that must be booked and paid for in advance. These fees help confirm your full itinerary.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made 30 days before the trip receive partial refunds. Cancellations within 14 days may have higher deductions due to advance bookings already paid for. Full details are included in your booking agreement.
Can I reschedule instead of cancel?
Yes. We allow you to reschedule your tour whenever possible. Your deposit will be moved to your new travel dates depending on availability.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We adjust your schedule when possible and provide airport pickup at your new arrival time. Some changes may result in additional charges depending on hotel policies.
Are deposits refundable?
Deposits are partially refundable depending on how early the cancellation is made. Some parts, such as park fees and permits, are non-refundable because they are paid directly to the government.
How are refunds processed?
Refunds are processed through the same payment method used during the booking. Processing time depends on banks and payment providers.
Do you require travel insurance?
We strongly recommend travel insurance for all guests. It helps cover cancellations, delays, medical emergencies, and lost luggage during your Tanzania trip.
